In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, which implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and on combating corruption, Fiamma Verde Srl has established a confidential and secure **Whistleblowing Channel**, intended for reporting possible legal violations, conduct contrary to the company’s internal rules, or ethically improper behavior.

This channel is open to all individuals professionally connected to Fiamma Verde Srl, including: employees, interns, trainees, volunteers, job applicants, former employees, suppliers, subcontractors and their employees, shareholders, members of the board of directors, as well as third parties who maintain a direct professional relationship with the organization.

Reports may be submitted anonymously or with identification, at the whistleblower’s discretion, and will be handled exclusively by authorized personnel, with full assurance of confidentiality, protection against retaliation, and respect for the right of defense.
